I just made a point of not touching them. I still have some blotchiness, but no scarring.

P.S. Something else I just remembered that the dermotologist told me: direct sunlight is very bad for herpes outbreakes, so stay indoors until you are back to normal.

My personal preference is to avoid exposing myself to direct sunlight, so this is a pretty easy one.

I tend to be the opposite of normal, without actually crossing the line into abnormal.

It's probably better to say that things are more "usual" right now.

Some additional challenges with momWolf, as she fell yesterday (the home health aide had her back turned and mom tried to sit in an unfamiliar chair. I was on the way to work but hadn't made it past halfway, had to turn around and go help pick her up off the floor. No injuries, but her confidence is shaken, which is a bad thing.
