I usually take St Johns wort and Evening Primrose for PMS. Camomile tea is pretty good too as a relaxant.

What're the ingredients of "womens comfort tea"?

When I read Raspberry Leaf I figured it was aimed at Pregnant or breastfeeding women.

Hime - If the tea is expensive, I would try Vitex Agnus. Its the super wonder drug for all womanly type ailments.

You can take it all month long or just in the week leading up.

I second Ali's suggestion of St Johns Wort.
