tea/coffee and water... although if it were from the above choices, it'd have to be coke. weird thing about the south is that in a restaurant when you ask for a coke they ask
waitress: 'what kind?'.
me: ' Uh, a coke..'
waitress ' I KNOW! what kind of coke, mountain dew, sprite, rootbeer.. etc'
me: 'uh.. just the caffeinated brown kind that they make there in Atlanta.. red can, you know..'
waitress: "oh! a coke"
me: puzzled look.
