Just leave it as a statement, presuming their assent) Then *call* on that day or at least on the following day. Look, it's your job to get a job. **Yours** It's not their job to give you one. They have numerous problems to solve at their work, one part of which is filling a position. Be in their mind, in their field of view when they're thinking about how to solve that part of their list of problems. You do that by calling.
