fargon, I know exactly what you are going through. I am 23 and I have battled depression since my early teens. I always thought something was wrong with me and that I would never be right. About a year or so ago I was diagnosed with PCOS, a disease common in women. (I know this has nothing to do with you since you are a man). One thing that goes with it is depression, which is often misdiagnosed as Bipolar Disorder. There are days when I am at my ultimate low, and then 2 days later be happy as a lark.

I am sorry you have to go through this. I know it makes my life very difficult as well as my husband's. He doesn't understand because he's never went through it.

Try to keep your head up! You might also try to keep a journal...I know it sounds cliche, but it really does help me.
