I've been to one of those places, so I recognized it too. There isn't one in my neighborhood, but my best friend goes well out of her way to go to one, because it amuses her and the children.

Congratulations! You're right! Wow, that "mystery" lasted all of three minutes. Anyway, that's from the car wash all right. They have a mode that is (I forget the real name) Super Triple Foamy Fruity Wash or some such nonsense. This car wash is the do it yourself variety, so I get to spray it on the car myself. I thought it looked cool, so I grabbed the camera before it all slid away and snapped the picture. Btw, it all three colors come out of the same nozzle/spray gun. I reckon there's some machinery in the pumphouse that cycles the colors. And it does smell like strawberries or guava or something. Entertainment factor +2, clean factor meh, it's soap.
