I can't find the info I want online for some reason. Just a whole heap of stuff about what other countries do with their refuse, but nothing that even mentions China. There used to be videos and pictures of it with articles talking about what happens to the rivers etc, but they just aren't there now and Dazza can't lay his hands on the articles he had a while back just at the moment. I guess my advice would be to not eat tofu made in asian countries if you want to be sure it's manufactured in an environmentally sound manner.
