So Alaska is where the planes go from and where Russia invades air space.

I have to cringe at the thought of Sarah Palin trying to face down Putin.

There is nothing sexist about this. Personally, I think Hillary could outmaneuver Putin most days of the week.

To be clear, Alaska does have an Air Guard, and they have escorted Russian planes from their air space. Their is no foreign policy involvement other than making sure someone doesn't get shot down by accident.

Issues like fishing rights, etc are negotiated between Russia and the U.S., not Russia and Alaska.
