No photo, but you will be grateful, I promise.
I was delivering meals today. At one stop the door was opened wide as the people reached for their meals. Their stoopid older pup (30 lbs., maybe 10 mos.), who also greets me at the door, is so delighted that he jumps up and paws at my thigh, and then sprinkles my pants leg.

Miss Dallas will be in 9th grade next year. It's time to register for her classes.
We went to an orientation tonight. Mrs. Dallas is now kvetching about the evils of block scheduling. I'd prefer to concentrate on just picking out the courses. The schedule is what it is; I prefer to concentrate on the content rather than the form. EDIT: This was supposed to be in the Irritating thread. What the hell, let it ride. |
