i'm in a bit of a dilemma regarding the ducks-sharks series.
i'm a fan of the ducks who has his money on the sharks winning the whole thing.
i'd say that the winner of this series would be the most probable representative of the western conference in the stanley cup.

the blue jays are a mediocre team that will finish well below .500 this season.
halladay, despite his wins, has looked very dodgy in his 3 starts.
expect a very long loosing streak coming up for the blue jays.

the angels are injured.
sp adenhart died
4 starters on the dl[escobar,lackey,santana, and now moseley]
and now guerrero is also on the dl.
so yeah, for now, the angels will lose more games than they win.
the angels should at least win more games than they lose while saunders and jered weaver are starting.

both line-ups are playing under par at this time.
haren has cleaned up his game over the past two years.
the angle that most won't see here, is that de la rosa is capable of dominating.
the colorado win is too highly priced not to wager on.

the cubs have a tough line-up, so you'd have to fear for cueto.
i like what i've seen from him, i think he'll develope into a very good pitcher.
as i've said before, lilly is mediocre.
the reds win has a real high price.

saunders - verlander

its been quite some time since verlander pitched well.
saunders on the other hand has been pitching the same since he came around... he's elite.

only saunders disapointed last night as the other 3 pitched gems.
most impressive i guess was cueto who shut down the cubs in chicago.

i live in toronto, so i'm blessed to be living around a bunch of local idiots who think the leafs and the jays are gonna win everything every year.
i've got so much action against the blue jays this year, its like taking candy from a baby.
i can't believe how blind people can be.

they hold a 12-5 record at this time.

the blue jays will finish the 2009 season with the worst record since 2004, where they finished with 67 wins and 94 lost.

based on the above, it would be wise to bet against the jays for the rest of the season, regardless of who's starting.
especially those of you who reside in toronto who happen to always have a better price on the toronto loss than any other place in the world.
torontonians, you are blessed with terrible teams, take advantage of it.

the cubs are the elite of this division, the reds would be their main opponent, not the cardinals, not without carpenter.
yeah, sure pujols is sharp, but duncan is their next best thing.
not good enough to prolong this run.
without doubt, the cubs line-up is superior.

what i saw from dempster last season as he developed into a starter was some elite stuff.
i think this guys for real, and his numbers will show it soon enough.

make no mistake, kazmir's stats will be amongst the elite come seasons end.
just pointing out for those who really know who these guys are.
the rays line-up...

those 4, as a whole, should be considered the greatest 1st four in a line-up in the major leagues.

kazmir shut-out the a's for the win, while dempster with a no decision in the cubs loss.

i expect jimenez to do well here, despite the tough line-up he's up against.

yes, this is a home run park.
but, randy has a chance to make a serious impression here against a pretty weak line-up.
young scherzer should do just as well.

so we got the under in a tight one, while jimenez lost but looked pretty good after the first inning.

That was a pretty cool night!
Jered Weaver pitched a complete game as the Angels beat tge blue jays 6-1.
The LA Dodgers suffered their first home defeat at the hands of the Nationals of all teams 11-9.
I can predict more home defeats for the Dodgers now that Manny Ramirez won't be around to help out.
The Detroit Red Wings beat the Ducks to even the series, while the Black Hawks beat the Canucks in overtime.
overall, another profitable day.

Cincinnati Reds vs St Louis Cardinals

The Reds rested both Joey Votto and Brandon Phillips last night, and they won anyways.
They'll be back tonight to help young Cueto get another win.
Cueto looks to lower his ERA below the 1.00 mark.
