I know for dogs they have prosthetic gonads -- artificial testicle inserts. For both males and females, they have to remove the original equipment (as half the reason people get their dogs fixed is to modify hormonally-driven behavior patterns.)

Years ago, I read an FAQ on Neuticles. If I remember correctly, it said that you couldn't enhance your Chihuahua in a Great Dane sorta way....
