Truth is, if you have a drinking problem, you have a drinking problem. All the rules in the world won't help (although admittedly they might keep you within society's norms during working hours).

If you don't have a problem, starting pre-noon on occasion is juust that - an occasion.
If you do have a problem, doesn't matter if you only drink after 21.00 at weekends - you are going to make up for what you missed elsewhere.
