We had to sign my mom up with Comcrap, since FIOS isn't available in her neighborhood yet. It will be available -- two months too late.

Unfortunately, I think we have a two-year commitment to the assholes over at comcast.

Double check with them - They have unknown short-term plans. Tell them you are renting the place for 2 months ...
