reminds me a bit of Tamara de Limpicka's style in some ways.
I'll ask Homesquirell tomorrow. Art history degree and all that. It also has a little of the Thos. Hart Benton look to it as well. MAybe this is from the same time period? 1920's -early 30's

I'd also put it in the 1930's.
