Elspode health issue
from a friend of 'spode's:
"Elspode had a mild heart attack last evening. Today they went in and did a small procedure that from what I can tell was to clean out some blockage. He is recovering well in the ICU, but obviously out of commission for awhile." |

I hope you read this soon, Pat and recover completely from the event. Also, I fully expect to read a long, well written post about what a wake up call this has been, and to get inspired to get back on that treadmill more regularly.
