Motivation is always an important factor, we need to know why these two want to fight rather than just be friends.

The gorilla should win. But if the bear gets lucky, it could win.

The gorilla is faster and more nimble. It can jump up onto the back of the grizzly and tear it to shreds with its teeth.

The grizzly is stronger and if it can get on top, it can win. But it would have trouble being fast enough to do that.

But you couldn't get them to fight unless you caged them and made the walls unclimbable. The gorilla would get away.
