 I suspect it is very significant that it is facing the wrong way. Either it's swivel jammed, causing the wind to spin the turbines backwards, or that is what the humans make it do when the fan malfunctions. But ... damn, look at those greenhouse gas emissions, just LOOK AT THEM!
