Thanks for the kind wishes, everyone. I am almost ready to tie a string around that tooth, tie the other end of the string to a door knob and slam the door the way we used to do when we were kids and got greedy for tooth fairy loot.

@ Big V. Yeah, I know all too well the dangers of not taking all your antibiotics. The doc gave me amoxicillan once for a sinus infection and I could not tolerate that drug - it made me sicker than a dog for some reason, and I stopped taking it. Now amoxicillan just doesn't work on me. And guess what? I noticed tonight that the antibiotic they prescribed me is amoxicillan. No wonder its not working. Back to the old drawing board. I just love how all this crap happens over weekends, too.
