...swimming is one of the exceptions....

(I swam 20 lengths between the two classes too.......)

Not terribly stiff this morning -I can feel it a little in the quads when I investigate. But I'm knucking fackered. That could be to do with staying up til 1am and then getting a wrong number call at 4am, though
