All good choices. And the museum is now not far from the zoo (relocated a couple years ago from center city). You might want to include the Liberty Bell, Independence Hall, Betsy Ross' house. The Kimmel Center is beautiful architecture. The Art museum. The Pawn Shop . Franklin Institute is cool, too.

Maybe Blue can fill you in, there. As a suburbanite, I typically drive in, park as close to where ever I'm going as I can, for too much money.
