The narrator is going to ask you to choose a bag. Then he will say "Move one." You pick a bag in either direction one bag over from the bag you chose before. You'll do this a few times. Remember, you can go either direction, as long as there is a bag there.

This a video, so, you only get one chance at it, before you know what's what. Also, make sure you can hear your speakers/ear hole pluggers.
