Thanks. It was one of the few times I felt like I HAD to write it down.
Usually when it happens, I use pen and paper and after writing I throw it away.

Sometime putting it down is sometimes the only way to organize what's in your head... and gut. But these are usually inner turmoils,(which it why they can't be organized in your head), and shit you don't want to reveal to the general public because they give a glimpse of a vulnerability.

Maybe you should save those scraps for your memoirs... or biography... movie of the week.
