No I don't. The video is discussing heavy stop-and-go traffic, which would tend to make me think that is what he is talking about.
But in heavy stop-and-go traffic, every single person in the left lane WANTS to be going faster than they are. None of them are assholes. So maybe it's not about heavy stop-and-go traffic. Or maybe it is. Beats me. |
