Holy Crap This sucks!!! Bush will appoint another scumbag to replace her.
O'Connor was on the right side of the eminent domain and the medical marijuana issues. So was Rehnquist and he'll be leaving too. This is a very dark day for America. The insane asshole, Scalia, is still in the SC and Bush will give him more jerkoff buddies who want to mix church and state while violating every part of the Constitution.
