btw, that's the website of the US Patent and Trademark Office not the official Homeland Security website.

the more offical homeland security website which is currently an off shoot of the whitehouse.gov site has the standard presidential seal as their logo which would make sense b/c currently homeland security doesn't really act in any offical capacity beyond advisor to the president...
