this storm is pretty maneagable so far. What we need is a slight temp change so it's less powdery, more packable. I'm cool with that happening after it's all down -the powder is easier to shovel. We've had about 7-8 inches since yesterday lunchtime....

Uggg. Dude, it is real nice to look at for a day or so, but when people start driving in it, it warms just enough to make ice the following night, and all the snow near any street turns grey it is no longer fun. I think it is beautiful at first sight but after that you can have it. That's what they have ski resorts for and that's where I go when I want to see the white stuff.

It missed us..totally missed us...and they promised 5 inches. This winter is really sucking without some decent snow.

i was driving in it all day today and it was fun because there were no self-important businessy assholes causing accidents by thinking they were too important for the snow to bother their cellphoneyappingemailingburgereatinglattelapping driving styles. Well, not so many, anyway

we're upto about 12 inches by my reckoning. We've shovelled a few times. beats the elliptical....
