Pop ups are back

It seems like pop ups, which I thought were killed dead, are making a come back.

STUPID NETFLIX! I swear, no matter how nice a service that is, their stupid pop ups are making me never, ever, want to sign up.

Now, I'm getting others, too. I used to be able to right click on the taskbar and kill them from there, but that doesn't seem to work any more.

grump.
