NFL FOOTBALL

Are there any NFL Football fans here? I've been a fan since I was 6 years old(1976). My favorite team is the Cleveland Browns, yah I know they suck but they are my favorite.

Thats cool. I see that all of your link-posts are from last season. What are your thoughts about "this" season? Any Super Bowl picks this early?

I saw your OP was about NFL in general. You didn't specify this season (and many of those links are this season). That's not so cool. Next time, do some fucking research or be more fucking specific. kthxbai.

Patriots win and move to 8-2 this season. Can Tom Brady get to play in a 5th Super Bowl, and if the Patriots win he will join Terry Bradshaw and Joe Montana with 4 Super Bowl rings.#16 is the best QB to ever play the game...wonder if anybody else is a Montana fan...Joe rules lol!

Welcome J.D.

To answer your question nicely, yes, there are a few football fans here.

Joe Montana was one of the absolute best. His mastery of the position is still amazing.
His accuracy and timing were also keys to his success, but it didn't hurt to have some guy named Jerry Rice to throw to either. Oh and that guy coaching ... he wasn't so bad either. They all worked together and made each other better IMO.

I'm an eagles fan, so I don't have much to say about winning championships - the last time the Eagles won I wasn't even alive.

First off, thanks for the welcome classic man,you show class by your hospitality, there are so many assholes who apparently go out of thier way to be rude for no reason other than to make themselves feel important, these geeks fall by the way side and take thier drama with them.

Second, yes I agree that Montana had some all stars like Rice,Talor,Craig,Rathman, not to mention thier defense. Joe to me is still the best even with the team he had,but there are many other greats too. John Elway winning 2 back to back Super Bowls and playing in 5 of them was very impressive. And yeah I think the last Eagle's Championship was in 1960 but I'd have to google it to make sure.

That would be some people's definition of me.

That coaching staff, coupled with the massive depth of talent was an unbeatable combination. Oh and there were a couple patsies in their division too.

Yes and yes.

Yeah bill Walsh was very impressive, his west coast offense was almost unstoppable. And yeah they had a weak division, but still I saw Montana hit targets when he had to like no other QB.

ClassicMan those video clips are awsome! I do agree that there are QBs that are like Joe Montana,Johnny Unitas,Bart Starr,Terry Bradshaw,Roger Staubach,John Elway...but Joe to me is the very best of the best, but its an opinion, not a fact. Joe is surely equal to any QB that has ever played thats for sure.
