De-caff tea A cup of hot chocolate with chilli And I was quite happy with that. Unlike tonight, where I am having cravings and I very nearly convinced myself it would be okay to get drunk as it is the weekend. I've held out though. Just had some Caffeine Free Diet Coke.

The first time I woke up today, I could feel just the teensiest bit of a minor hangover. After I dozed for a while longer, I got and felt like a champ!

Last night I drank way too much and it's now 5pm and I still feel like shit. No more vodka followed up by half a bottle of red wine. In fact, I may never drink again. I vomitted so hard this morning I peed my pants.
