vacuums may remember information
How the Universe Remembers Information
Basically relativity doesn't completely flatten out gravity in the far distance from objects, it maintains information, even in a vacuum, meaning, maybe-- Quote:

My vacuum sometimes remembers where I left stuff. Thinking is hard, I need to do some mental stretches before I attempt..
