felix hernandez obviously did his part, shutting out the white sox, recording 10 k's.
its 0-0 in the bottom of the 13th with the mariners at bat, but i can't wait around till it ends to post the result.

there's something really interesting going on with justin verlander.
i've been watching him very closely since he began in the majors.
after proving to be the elite to come, he then struggled a little.
his struggling was due to learning new things.
well...he's learned some very important things, and i believe that he's half a step away froim being one of the most dominating pitchers in baseball. one stat to take note of this season, is his 186 strike-outs in 159.1 innings.
