Hey! We have atheists in America! Just because their leader (Madalyn Murray O'Hair) and some of her family were ruthlessly murdered (under v. bizarre and greedy conditions) doesn't mean they dried up and went away. I hate it when people assume all Americans are Christian. It's like assuming all Michiganers have a weird accent and believe in BigFoot.

You know there is a plethora (oh, yeah, I said plethora!) of religious beliefs right here on this board. A varitable 'cornucopia' of beliefs! A pumpkin patch of weirdness! Just look at us and you can tell!

I never got around to reading any of those books, which is odd, since I bet they would have appealed to me.

Unless this is an unusual announcement that you are dying in the next 24 hours, it's not too late.

Well thought. Hmmmmmm...I never connected BigFoot with any sex appeal until you just brought up the well-known association of foot size corresponding to Pink Floyd size. Now I'll be wondering about this all day...

A reasonably quick reader could probably get through them in less than 24 hours. And unless you have some sort of sentimental attachment to spending time with your family, I can't think of a better way to spend your last day. Better than lying on the floor with a paper bag on your head. Or lying in the mud in front of a bulldozer, for that matter.
